Are you keeping yourself on track? Yesterday I challenged you to create your recovery game plan. But today is here and you still haven’t done it. Are you procrastinating?

In this episode I help you identify some behaviors and emotions that may be holding you back. Maybe you are getting lost in emails, or distracted by some great ideas that you want to research. It could be that you aren’t waking up and tackling the day with your normal morning routine to give yourself a win. Maybe you are prioritizing other events or tasks over creating your game plan. All of these are a sign of procrastination.

My challenge for you today is to sit down and reflect and assess. Are you procrastinating and allowing other “priorities” to derail your time? If the answer is yes, I want you anchor yourself in your why. In this example, it’s in your “why” relative to your game plan. Ask yourself: if you accomplish your game plan what will it give you? How will you feel? What will your business look like at the end of 2020 because of your game plan? If you can anchor yourself in your whys, no matter what you are trying to accomplish, you will naturally keep that event as a top priority in your day. Anchor yourself emotionally in your why and you will be able to push past procrastination.
