Is it too late?

Have I waited too long?

Do I have too many responsibilities that won’t allow me to shift?

Have I made too many mistakes already?

Is it too hard to make the change I want?

How many times do you lie in bed asking yourself:  “Is this all there is to life?” only to have these other questions flood your brain?

Is waking up, going to work (checking boxes and sending emails), having dinner with the family, watching Netflix, going to bed, and doing it all over again, is that really what life is about?

How many times do you sit in traffic or in a Zoom room, staring off into space because you’re thinking: “Something has to change, I can’t keep doing this.”

At Legend, I work with clients who are truly Legends in the making, rebels if you will.

They don’t want to live the typical life.

They are tired of “keeping up the Jones,” they simply want to live a life on their terms, a Legend Life.

How many people can actually say they live life on their terms?

The answer to that is about 1% of people.

While most people are striving to be in the top 1% of income producers or the top 1% in a specific business industry, these individuals are striving to be the 1% who live a fulfilled life.

Are you one of those people?

Do you want to live a fulfilled life, life on your terms?

Most people say, “Yes!  Absolutely.  Sign me up.”

But then the next question is, “But how do I actually do that?”

 It’s Never Too Late

The simple, and yet less obvious answer, is that it starts with business success.

What?

It’s true.

You must learn the one rule that will have you secure in your career or personal business, such that then you can make your own rules in all other parts of your life.

Think about it.

You know that people don’t change the rules of their lives for fear they will change the wrong rules and suffer the consequences.

Isn’t that why you haven’t made the changes you want to make?

It’s not because you think you can’t, it’s because you think you could screw it up.

Why It’s Not Too Late

What we all want to know is:  Which rules must stay intact because they help me succeed and which rules can I eliminate or reset because they do not impact the safety and security of my livelihood.

Yes, let me say it again: which rules must I keep because they protect my livelihood.

Our basic human needs: food, water, clothing, and shelter are all met by our career/business.  Not only our needs but also the needs of our family.  We cannot and will not intentionally jeopardize that.

When we don’t know the rules that guarantee us a paycheck, we will not change the rules.

It’s beyond logical.

However, there is one rule for executives and one rule for business owners, that when learned and mastered will cause your career/business to thrive and then allow you to reset the other rules of your life to whatever you deem them to be.

It’s not too late.

You haven’t missed anything.

It’s not a hard process.

The one thing you must change can be done by simply mastering the leadership strategies around that one rule.  Once you do that, you can reset any other rules of your life as you deem fit.

What is the rule?  It’s all about adding value.

Sounds interesting, right?

So know this, it’s not too late to get started.

Decide. Commit. Take action.
