Hi! I’m Katrina Jamison

I am a speaker, author, business and leadership strategist, and a peak performance team trainer.  A pharmacist by education, I had a successful corporate career that spanned almost two decades.  During my 12 years with the world’s largest retailer, I was every 2 years on average, won multiple company awards, had P&L responsibility for billions of dollars and thousands of employee lives, and I was living out my mental plan of retiring from the organization.

It was my last promotion into the executive ranks that changed my entire professional trajectory.  I, like so many other new executives, thought the executive ranks would finally afford me the opportunity to actually live and not sacrifice.  

But what I quickly realized is that I didn’t know the rules of the game.  I didn’t know what I must do in order to succeed.  What must I keep doing?  What must I stop doing?  What must I start doing?  

I started Legend Leaders in 2017 on a mission to answer these questions and more.  I have been determined to define and refine the “receipe” of professional success.
